Brad is the founder of Innovative Construction and has more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. His background includes both custom home building and commercial general contracting in Colorado and California.
Brad’s practical approach and broad experience continue to shape Innovative Construction, grounding the company in knowledge, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Bradley Falletine III
Crafting Excellence, Leading Innovation
After earning a degree in Business Administration from Biola University, Bradley returned to Colorado and joined Innovative Construction. His background in the field, paired with project management experience/ education, allows him to lead job sites with a practical and well-rounded approach.
Bradley began his career at Innovative as an assistant superintendent, where he developed the experience needed to manage projects independently. He now serves as one of Innovative Construction’s lead superintendents.
